Melatonin

Melatonin is produced in the pineal gland in the human brain. The sleep-awake rhythm is influenced by the body’s biological clock and determines how much melatonin the body makes. The melatonin levels rise in the afternoon and decrease in the morning. This makes for an optimal night’s sleep.

However, due to many causes, including the blue light of monitors and electronic devices, working night shifts and traveling across time zones, the production of melatonin can be disturbed. This means that you cannot enjoy a full night’s sleep. Fortunately, you can prevent this by taking this supplement with melatonin. Content and dosage

In this bottle, there is 30 ml CBD oil, which amounts to apply 600 drops. Take the drops about 15 minutes before bedtime. A dose of 0.2 ml is easy to read from the pipette.

Fall Asleep can be combined well with regular CBD oil, such as the Renova 5% CBD oil or the Renova CBD capsules (25mg). The regular CBD oil or capsules can then be taken throughout the day, the Fall Asleep just before going to sleep.

Water, soy lecithin, glycerol, ethanol (2.3 vol. %), citric acid, hemp extract (0.5mg / 0.2ml), Potassium sorbate, melatonin (0.3mg / 0.2ml), Alpha-tocopherol (E307), sodium benzoate (E211), vitamin B6 (dose: 1.6mg per day, RI: 114%), terpenes.

1 serving contains per 0.2ml: 0.5mg CBD, 0.3mg melatonin and 0.14mg vitamin B6.
